Calls are done via Zoom or phone.

How long is this one-on-one coaching program and what's included?

The timeframe is package specific. The programs vary 1, 3, or 6 months with bi-weekly coaching calls, customized action steps, meal plans, mindful eating strategies, grocery guides, and weekly accountability check-ins, via text or email, to keep you on track and motivated. A 120 min-initial consultation will be conducted prior to either package.
